Please be aware that we strictly abide by GMC’s latest guidance so all patients must be over 18 and not be pregnant or breastfeeding. A complete medical history will be taken before any treatment is performed and all patients should have informed written consent prior to being treated. There are extra precautionary measures during the COVID-19 pandemic that the clients are expected to follow. If you do not abide by them, the clinic reserves the right to refuse entry to the clinic and offer any treatment.
Appointments
Deposits We collect a refundable deposit of 10% of the treatment price or £25 (@Peterborough)/ £50 (@Harley Street) for all consultations and follow up appointments. This is in order to make sure you are committed to keeping your appointment. For clients who already had consultation and agreed to the treatment we may charge 50% treatment price quoted in advance to get the products ready and secure the appointment.
Cancellation Policy There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend a booked appointment and/or fail to advise us as per policy in advance, this will be classed as a No-Show and deposit will not be refunded.
Late arrivals If you are over 20 minutes late to the appointment, you will be classed a no show and the deposit will not be refunded. Otherwise, once you attend the appointment, you may choose to use the deposit towards the treatment cost where applicable.
Follow up Appointments Routine Review/Follow up Appointments are offered for Anti-Wrinkle treatments – at no extra cost – up to 3 weeks after treatments are undertaken.
If you are unable to attend your Anti-Wrinkle Review Appointment at 2 weeks post treatment, no additional ‘top up’ will be provided after the 2- 3week review period.
If you are unwell, please call to discuss and let us know. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections.

Treatment Please note that all treatments are only carried out after a thorough consultation first. The clients are required to answer the questions as honestly as possible. You are required to sign a consent form once the doctor has gone through the consultation and explained possible side effects and risks. The clinic will send you information on how to prepare for your appointment at the time of the booking with the email confirmation of your booking. You are required to follow them in order to have the best possible experience and outcome with your treatment. The Doctor reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time, if a client is thought to be unsuitable or that a treatment is not in the best interest. You are expected to allow for photographs to be taken showing the area of treatment before and after treatment for our insurance purposes and to check progress as part of the treatment. These are only for internal purposes and will not be shared elsewhere unless you have given specific consent to us to be able to use them for our website and social media. Prices You will see the prices on our website and the booking system www.hamptonaesthetics.com Please note that anti-wrinkle injection treatment is prescribed strictly after a consultation with the doctor and cannot be booked online unless you have already had consultation. Other anti-wrinkle treatments like Profhilo and chemical peels can be booked online.
Refunds Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of; consultation and assessment provision of information and advice safe treatment with evidence based products follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate
Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.
Client Information All clients are required to provide contact details including mobile number and email in order to secure an appointment and provide necessary information for their appointment. All clients need to complete a Medical History form at their first appointment. This is necessary for the doctor’s consultation and treatment plan. New patients are seen for consultation first before any treatment is undertaken. Treatment may be provided on the first visit at the Doctor’s discretion after client is able to make an informed decisson.. All information is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation. Patient information will not be shared with third parties and you will not receive unsolicited information from us. You can choose to opt-out from our mailing list at any time by unsubscribing. Children & Young Persons We do not treat anyone under the age of 18. Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised. Under 18’s are not permitted into our clinic unless specific permission is granted after a request.
Feedback Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email or via the social media and web platforms.
COVID-19 Protocols There is a new risk assessment for COVID-19 and you will be sent this when you book for your appointment. You will need to sign a declaration form before you enter the clinic room. The questions are: 1. Have you come into close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who has a laboratory confirmed COVID – 19 diagnosis in the past 14 days? Yes/ No 2. Do you have any of the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat? Yes/No If you answer yes to either of the questions, unfortunately, we are unable to take you in to the clinic. You may rearrange the appointment when it is safe to do so.
There are additional documents like the ‘Consent for COVID-19 Risk’ which you need to go through before taking up the treatment. This will be discussed during your virtual appointment. Your Personal Information In running and maintaining our website, we may collect information provided voluntarily by you, e.g. when you complete a contact form during booking process, providing your name, email, telephone number, and other information. Also as part of the face to face medical consultation process, we will take more personal details from you as well as photographs of before and after the procedures. The photographs are required for insurance purposes. In addition to this, you are given the option to choose if you are giving us permission to use your photographs for our clinic marketing purposes on the website and social media etc. If you do not wish to give consent to this, please select the appropriate option on the consultation form.
